One line

Lens is a simple, fast and truly private web browser for iPhone and iPad, designed and built by one designer in Athens.

Short

Lens is a free web browser for iPhone and iPad that opens straight to search, blocks ads, trackers and cookie pop-ups, keeps tabs tidy on its own, and collects no data at all. It adds a Mini Player, Reader in seven colours, on-device translation and tools for designers and developers, and comes with Lens for Mac, a free menu bar companion.

Longer

Lens is a web browser for iPhone and iPad, designed and built by Maximos Angelakis, a designer in Athens. It's free, with no ads, no subscription and no account, and it collects no data at all.

Lens opens straight to search, with your favourite sites one tap away. Ads, trackers and most cookie pop-ups never load, using block lists that update every day, and anything else that gets in the way can be tapped and zapped for good. Tabs you haven't looked at in a day slip into an Archive on their own, so nothing is lost and nothing piles up.

It's made only with Apple's own frameworks, so it's small (49 MB on the App Store) and works with iCloud Passwords and passkeys, Apple Pay, Wallet, Siri and Shortcuts, Control Center, the Lock Screen and Spotlight. The details include a Mini Player for music and video, a proper download manager, Reader in seven colours, translation on the device, and Font Info and a web inspector for designers and developers. Lens speaks 14 languages and comes with Lens for Mac, which shows your iPhone's tabs in your Mac's menu bar.
